Caryn Miller

Caryn Miller MPA is a public service professional with over
20 years of experience in local government. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. She was voted City Manager of the Year in 2015 by the Sumner County Council of Governments in Tennessee. She reached International City Managers Association credentialing in her career and has many other awards and proclamations for her outstanding dedication and work in the communities she has served. She is the proud Mother of 5 children, grandmother to 16, and great grandmother to 1. Caryn lives in Flagler Beach where she returned to her previous position 11 years later as the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Executive Director for the City of Flagler Beach CRA. When she is not working she enjoys fishing, reading and gardening.
